Only thing which is prompt is the executive calling you daily to update, however if you ask an additional question she will say that speak to the advisor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most nutorious Service Centre I have ever experienced. Work was not completed as discussed , while I was trying to complete the undone work , I thought of making the payment. By the time I was back on the spot without my consent my car was driven outside the Service center and left unattended amidst of severe traffic jam on the road, and all the staff absconded from the place. The staff over here are crooks and hand-in-golve with each other, their, only intention is to fool the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE, even after rendering poor service their customer service is chasing for top rating and torturing over the phone. Their licence should be cancelled. I strongly recommend NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE. The car was given for servicing but after service also it was dirty. They removed the real shining of outer body by using some poor quality cleaning products. When given lesser rating their customer service is torturing over phone even after 2-3 months of servicing. They never admit their fault, charge for the work not done, very rude to customers, delay in work, overall horrible experience. I have been using Sai Service all these years and it was always nice. This is my first and last experience with the Horrible Fort Point team.
