★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of Benarasi Niketan for almost 4 years. I recently made a purchase of over Rs 70,000 from this store for my wedding.
Since I was satisfied with the behavior of the staffs as well as the collection, I recommended this shop to my mother-in-law.
But I am really disappointed with what happened today and I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from now on. Even I myself will never buy again.
My mother-in-law went to Shyambazar store to exchange a saree today within their exchange policy period.
The staffs there were very uncooperative and they kept her wait for a long time. She was even sent to one counter after another to exchange only one saree and which was completely embarrassing for anyone.
She could have bought 2-3 more saris today but after this incident she completely changed her mind and came out of the shop.
I don’t really know why they always show customer-centricity that they don’t maintain at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful collection.... Behaviour of all persons in showroom was very nice. I went to shyambazar showroom. I purchased from there. I met Nayan da also. He was very nice and very helpful. I recomend Benarasi Niketan for future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. It was very difficult to ask for any variety of saree. There was very few varieties of each type. Frankly as I am new to the city I had seen Niketan name in many articles and blogs but I was disappointed. Staff wasn't keen to show us any variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has good collections but the behaviour of their staffs are not upto our expectations. The seemed uninterested to show sarees and were not much cooperative. However their collection is pretty good. Its a good place to visit in North Kolkata.

Myself wearing the green Benarasi and my mom wearing the golden semi Organza from Benarasi Niketan Shyambazar is just perfect to attend this wedding ceremony...thank you Benarasi Niketan for these beautiful sarees❤️
