★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is not easily locatable and the roads narrow. Avoid taking your car as parking space is not available, lucky if you find one.
Also registrar is often packed with people do take water biscuits, fruits. Be prepared to spend 4-5 hrs. There is no queue here and is based on the builder agent's influence to get your registration done quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agents are ruling this office. Officers who sit here is just for their service. Common people who comes here have to wait for so long and officers will tell 100 reason for avoiding them.
Note: if you are coming through an agent you will get better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government office. With the help of agents, you can get work done in short time. Easy to reach and locate the place. A small hotel is present downstairs, scanning and xerox shops also present. Hence no need to worry if it takes one whole day also to finish work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unorganised govt office, it's located on the first floor making it difficult for the elderly and disabled to enter as there is no ramp !
Secondly there is no board indicating the presence of office on this tiny 15 ft street ! It's basically a dump yard converted to a street with literally no parking space !!
Keep this in mind before planning to visit here
