★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried ordering via Swiggy from Santoshpur branch, they accepted the order, after 20 minutes, they inform that everything is out of stock, that too in the morning around 8.30.
If the items are not available, it should be shown accordingly before ordering.
Even after 1 hour now, itsstill showing available.
Pathetic service......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Banchharam's rasgulla. So, I won't tolerate when they are ordering cheap quality sweets during busy days from other sweet shops and selling them with their premium price. It is unethical. Stop doing this!!!
To customers, I would urge you to try the common sweets there itself before placing large orders.

Like he through the money on the table not the customers hand..... I know this small things nobody noticed.....but I do....... And as customer I feel bad.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went just in the evening 2 days prior to the Saraswati puja. Unfortunately I was appalled by the lack of choice and staleness of the sweets. All employees were busy with their smart phones instead of attending customers. I heard good things about bancharam’s, this one certainly doesn’t do justice to its reputation.
