★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweets are fresh and delightful.This is not the first time I bought sweets of this brand but it was my first visit to the new branch at Santoshpur.
The staff's behaviour is very bad as they were much busy watching live cricket rather than attending the customer.Specifically to say about the behaviour of the cashier , he has only one thing to say " I don't have any change!" . Somehow I had my Paytm enabled otherwise I would have to leave the store empty handed.
It's a competitive world ,.so care must be taken so that customers don't leave with a grudge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my personal opinion the quality is worst and price is too high. I had Balaram’s sweets in past from other shops but this one is specially bad. Not sure the reason behind. Not recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today at around 5.15-5.30 and purchased sweet packets of Rs 360. I paid through paytm. However, i was refused delivery since they do not received sms. I have shown all proof, paytm successful report, account statement etc. I want refund of Rs 360 immediately.
