Prices are a bit higher than online stores but affordable. Delivery is good in & around Santoshpur.

This attitude explains why online retail is thriving in India. This shop does not deserve to be in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During lock down my family was need of an air cooler so as fair deal Santoshpur was the nearest shop we decided to pay them a visit but it turned into a nightmare first they said that the air cooler we intend to buy is at their sonarpur godown and we have to wait for the delivery and finally when we received the symphony air cooler it was pure trash several parts were missing it was a remote controlled cooler and they tried to convince us that it is manually controlled inspite of their official visiting our place several time to rectify the problem there was one problem or the other and they constantly lied to us .We have lost faith in them as well as all fair deal outlets so if you go there please be careful about the deals you are getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered a 49 inch TV with a smaller sized wall mount. But the guys were fair enough to deliver a replacement mount in 30 minutes.
We have used their services for the last 20 years for all household appliances and the experience has been good till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly good actually. After comparing three other vendors nearby I found this one cheaper. Okayish options. Stuffs are nice. But keep in mind they will say item will be delivered to ur doorstep within 1 or 2 hrs but take that with some grain of salt. Same day delivery that's for sure. Best thing is you can pay as little as 1k in the shop then the rest at your house in time of delivery. The delivery guys I was assigned was super nice. Overall good experience. I will consider them for further purchase
