Thumbs up for Mr.Koushik he collected my sample. He was very professional and efficient.
1 less star cause the whatsapp number is interactive in chat but i couldn't get in touch via call.

From collecting the sample from home exactly at the designated time slot to delivering the report on the same day, you made the testing process super easy for me. I was not too keen on visiting any hospital and queue up and this is exactly what I needed before my long journey back to Amsterdam. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a RT PCR centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best diagnosis you could ever get! Extremely client-friendly, quick to respond and respectfully obliging to the client's requests. They provided me with a superfast RT PCR when I travelled to Maharashtra in Jan 2021 (while others in town were asking for atleast 4-7 days)that too at the most reasonable price of 950/+ home collection, which was the best! I love their way of client handling and overall the accuracy of their reports! Highly recommended! ?❤

I conveyed to them exactly my requirements for the international travel I was going to undertake to London as a student [RT PCR report] and the report came in perfect time! Even the sample was collected from home without any problem. They convey and communicate everything through WhatsApp also, so that makes it very convenient. Amazing experience and recommending to anyone who wants an accurate and a proper report :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed my flight only because these useless people couldn’t deliver my RT-PCR report even after 36 hours of the test! And the person of the clinic in charge noted down my number and decided to ignore my calls specifically, at a time when I was standing outside the airport waiting to receive my RT-PCR report to get entry!!
Every other lab promises to get it done in 24 hours, but decided to go with SRL due to their nation wide reputation.
But it was a very bad decision that made me miss a 13k worth flight and left me with a high BP with all that anger!
