★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subho Diagnostic Lab & Polyclinic at Central Road Jadavpur is extending all facilities like pathological tests, CT Scan, Digital X-ray, Colour Doppler Ultrasonography, Endoscopy and Colonoscopy etc. There are several rooms for the specialist doctors and they are attending the centre as per their time schedule in every week. Specialist eye doctors are also available and as per their prescription optical glasses and modern frames are also sold from a small outlet available in the Centre. The most disadvantage at this Centre is that they have no elevator and therefore the patients or the senior citizens or the differently abled visitors have to climb the stairs up to 1st floor for their requirements. The ambience of the Polyclinic is very beautiful and the entire Polyclinic is very neat and clean. There is no parking except on the roadside near the Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is very bad. I would never suggest anyone to come here
For my wife appendicitis test need to be done, and she was asked to take a medicine. I was asked to go to different hospitals. I went to KPC medical, peerless hospital, R N Tagore, AMRI, Medica, EDF and lots of medical store and did not get the medicine. When I asked for refund they said it can not be refunded as system doesn't allow it and it was my fault that I was not getting the medicine. On further hotted discussion they told me that they have the medicine and will do the test.
In the COVID situation this experience is really horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a negetive star if it was possible. Trust me on this,I went there as it was near to my house and I found it from Google only. Upon first couple of visits it seemed good,clean,not very crowded and parking was available at the opposite side. But when I visited there for my wife's USG during her pregnency this year March (21) my views changed. They could not trace the baby and they didn't do it properly to identify that the baby is stuck in the phelopian tube after 2-3 USG s done repeatedly in the span of 2 weeks (1500/- INR for each)
Instead the doctor/technicians (I would term them all as criminals) were busy in selling their package of different tests.
As a result My wife had a critical rapture and underwent surgery resulting removal of the phelopian tube and was in ICU for more than a week due to heavy blood loss.I went there and said everything but they were not at all apologetic.If you love yor family never visit this place.This could have easily avoided if they did their observation properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible technicians. They do not know their job. My doctor has even criticized their reports. Had to do USG and CT scan... Reports varied everytime. Do not waste your money or health over this place. On countering they even try to justify their incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. All patient and their family memeber need to remove shoe at Entry whereas system is not applicable for Doctors...Can't understand how's it is possible the doctor's shoes are bacteria free.
2. Sufficient seats are not there for all patient.
3. Punctuality issue is there; I have been asked to come 6pm but doctor came at 7 and my turn 3 hours late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had consulted Dr. Sabyasachi Bardhan last week with my injured right toe. He immidiately asked me to get an x-ray done, for which they charged 600/- extra. After he got the plate, he said there is no fracture or anything.
Because the doctor said there was no fracture, I was also careless and thought that this tremendous pain is just temporary. I am a dance teacher, which i stated to the doctor so my toes/foot are very important. We collected the report after week thinking that it was not important as he had mentioned that there is no fracture. Now in the report it is clearly written that there is a FRACTURE. Now when i called the authorities, instead of apologising they are insisting me to call the doctor and give the feedback.
Their main business is from all the tests. You go to a doctor they will write you a 100tests, half of which are useless and half of which their "doctors" dont even know how to read. So if you want to get yourself scammed, do visit SHUBHO DIAGNOSTICS LAB & POLYCLINIC(Jadavpur)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Overpriced and unfriendly staff at reception. They don’t even wear gloves while taking out the blood sample giving weird reasons that they can’t feel the nerve if they wear gloves. Will not recommend them.
