★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont go to this poly clinic, they are the worst in nature, they dont know how to talk with the patient or the public, they think they are the ine polyclinic around the area, i took my mom to get a usg but they are so unprofessional, they told me to come at 10.30 and the doctor is not here to do the test. They are just pathetic. Will not come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the recent bad reviews, my experience with Galaxy has always been good. I have been using their services for multiple members of my family for more than 5+ years now and both home pickup and lab walk-in has been a pleasant experience.
They have experienced phlebotomists, helpful reception/ coordination folks, very competitive pricing and i have mostly got my blood reports within a day sent to my whatsapp account. You can get the print-out of reports at no extra cost unlike LalPathlabs/ SRL who charge more for hard copies. I am happy that we have availability of such a good lab in our locality open 7 days a week which makes life easier for us.
I will whole-heartedly refer this lab to everyone seeking diagnostic services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to there for x-ray of my teeth. The man who was sitting at counter behaved very badly with each and every person who talked to hin for test. He told me that I had to wait for long time. He spent his time in mobile continuously and I had to wait for mor than 45 minute. After that he told me it is risk oriented and we could not x-ray your teeth. Two other patient thrashed him, why you detained him for so long time. But the counter man so hostile and situation getting worse. I decided I never come here again. I urge everyone to avoid this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good pathology. Low rate than expected. Well behaved staffs. Home blood collection service is available in limited areas including service charge. Needs to improve home collection service. Should expand their area. Can become a good competitor if other branches are opened. Can open a branch at Baghajatin as many clients are available.
