I hv a very bad experience this branch, no one can be co operate properly,mr biplab karmakar(branch cashier maybe)his attitude n behaviour is very bad, He don't know how to talk the client,
my document signature will pending ,so I came to branch but there staff will say wait for 5mint..but till 1hr 30mint over I am still sitting here
No one can responded...
For my opinion bandhan bank customer service is very very poor.
