★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way this branch has treated the old man on 20th Nov 2021 is shameful. He just needed to use the washroom, but staff did not let him use saying outsiders are not allowed. Apparently he could not control. I guess the branch deserves its own employees as only customers.
