The behaviour of the current cashier of this bank branch is extremely bad and he has no knowledge on how to talk to the customer. পাসবুক আপডেট করার মত কাজ যা কিনা মাত্র 2 মিনিটে করা সম্ভব সেই কাজ শেষ করতে উনি কাস্টমারকে তিন দিন ধরে ঘোরাচ্ছেন। I don't know what it means to harass a customer like this. If I asked for an email ID or complaint book to complain, they did not give it to me. I urge the authority of this bank to take action against the manager and treasurer of this branch.
 One of the worst types of bank I've ever seen. The behavior of the current cashier of this bank branch is extremely bad and he has no knowledge on how to talk to the customer. He has been urging the customer for three days to complete the task of updating the passbook which can be done in just 2 minutes. I don't know what it means to harass a customer like this. If I asked for an email ID or complaint book to complain, they did not give it to me. I urge the authority of this bank to take action against the manager and treasurer of this branch.
