When they come to you for opening an account they promise of a personal loan and many other benefit of the account..but after they get you as theirs customer their behaviour changes and suddenly become very very rude and unprofessional with you and change their colours ..and what they promised become a big false promise and top of that big bad behaviour of Rakesh Mondal and Reshmi kochchar ..their employees of ballygunge bandhan bank branch..
Never go for this bank and particularly this branch in ballygunge..
Very bad experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once mistakenly an amount of 2.34lakh was transferred to Gujrat Navsari branch. I asked for the branch manager to this branch manager, asst manager but they didn't provide me with the number inspite of having more than 25 lakh in my savings bank. They literally didn't help me a bit. After two days I got the number of navsari manager via a friend from Gujrat and trust me that person was very co operative.
Next I submitted 5cheques for an urgent purpose. All signed by my husband. 4 were cleared the other was not cleared. My husband was busy in the OT still he called them I requested them it's urgent but they didn't help. We asked " how is this possible? 5 cheque signed by one person and one is not cleared then manager literally said " go and file case of frogery if you think other cheques should not have been cleared" it was March beginning and they were not happy about taking the money out so they harrassed us like this.
They don't even ask you to sit down or behave properly.
I have account in many banks but this is the worst branch. Even after these things they will call and ask for FDS...wish could transfer the branch.
