While entering the bank premises you will feel the lack of space.
It is crowded.
Officers are good but their skill set needs to be better.
Poor at keeping records.
Takes a long time to search and retrieve Loan related files.
Some work needs you to go the 1st floor via a spiral staircase. That is rickety and scares you for sure.
Loan Officers are not that prompt.
You will have to visit the same officer 5 times before finally getting the Loan passed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very important branch of Bank of India. The location is very good. Jodhpur park and Selimpur junction. Usually crowed. But the branch is mostly systemetic. Some staffs are very good in behaviour. There is an ATM with this branch. Which is very useful also.

BOI Rash Behari Avenue team is far better when it comes to work and service.
