★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name is mizizi but there is no root of work..Sharmistha Ghosh actually doesn't know how to work..she should learn first how to work..she is a chachra mohila(only bengali person can understand these two words)..she is too much chachra..suppose she will give you 10rs and will ask you to bring a big dairy milk silk for her so she is that kind of chachra mohila..it's better to stay unemployed rather than work with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One MAN Company. Basically, this company runs by family members. I have worked for 2 days only and it was one of the biggest blunder in my life. Company director Sharmistha Ghosh treats me from first call as slave and speaks to me in the same manner without rhyme or reason. She offered me WFH due to pandemic and I found there is no one exist except her. Every 15 mins she is video calling and checking my status. Worst company I ever faced. I think she is mentally not fit to work with anyone. Please don't get carried away by the luring offers from this company during your joining time. You make it sure if you join after this , you will get abnormal torture from day one.
