There is only one person at the cash counter. When he goes for lunch, the counter is unmanned. The customer is expected to sit and wait for anything between 20 to 40 minutes for basic banking services.
Inefficient banking personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. They don't even follow procedures and guidelines stated out by HDFC as an organization through phone banking or net banking. They think they run the bank and make their own rules. Better to go to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class Banking service. In duty hours almost time they excused "No link no service". Today the bloody tailor refused me by putting lame excuse audit is going on can't receive inter bank transfer cheque. Several times they close services by giving such casual excuses.
