β β β β β 1st thing the branch had been shifted to another place and its not been updated neither in google website nor in there bank's own website.
When I visited the main branch at satya nagar in the purpose of withdrawal of my fix deposited amount they approached me for renewal of the same to which i denied and asked for closure of the FD.
Then they refused that the matured amount which was already credited to my account, I can't withdraw from the main branch instead am having my FD bond, Bank Passbook and Adhaar Card. When I showed them all the said documents and then they are asking to go the same branch from where you have done your FD for withdrawal of the amount.
And then I found the other banch at bomikhal where I waited for around 3 hours just to collect my money which is there in my bank account.
This is all nothing but harassing the customer as he/she is withdrawing his/her amount from their bank.
I request the Management of Bandhan Bank to necessary action against those who does these kind of behavior with innocent customers.
