★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Manager and staff does not know what is going inside the bank....it took them almost 2 months to make them a bank account after asking them repeatedly....didn't expect this kind of endeavor from them...not at all happy with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Substandard service. Our family members are premium customers of this bank but still they do not provide adequate service. Our relationship manager Ms. Bidisha chatterjee has always been busy selling investment packages and never pays attention to re invest my FDs. My requests are not addressed properly resulting in me loosing interest. They made us write cheques of heavy amount for account opening and casually ignored the account opening formalities. Ms. Bidisha Chatterjee misleads us and commits something which she never delivers.
During the hours of need, the branch officials are not available to help. While I recommend Bandhan bank, I would not recommend having account in this branch. After so much of hassle, we are planning to shift our account to some other branch because of the poor service level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service level and the staffs are busy selling investment packages rather than attending requests by the customers. In spite of being a premium customer with this branch, the concerned relationship manager Ms. Bidisha Chatterjee casually ignored the account opening requests. She has forcibly made us write cheques of large amounts and hasn't opened the account to channelize our funds.
Would recommend opening account with some other branch of Bandhan Bank and not this branch as the staffs are not cooperative. Although a private bank branch but their service level is worse than a govt. bank.
