β β β β β Worst possible company to deal with. Thanks to such people hard working farmers are disreputed. Selling cheap plants in polythene bags as bonsai is a pathetic trick they use to make quick money. Anyways what goes around comes around, all the best to youβ¦cause youβll definitely need it. If I had more time would have definitely filed for deficiency of services with consumer court.

β β β β β Hello,
I made an online order in the month of May (May 20), i am yet to receive the plant. When reached a month back, I was told that no courier is available. Surprisingly I am getting delivered with orders from other vendors. Website is down and not getting response by any means. I have seen you guys respond to customer reviews. I hope will get the response here soon.

β β β β β I had placed an order for a Bonsai Lemon tree on 11th May and the tree never arrived until 6th June in-spite of me sending repeated reminders on their Whatsapp group.
Doubts started arising, when I asked him to send me a picture of the tree before the delivery but they just kept avoiding and making false promises till the end.
Finally a sapling arrived on 6th June with Zero fruits on it and it does not look like a Bonsai in any way(pic attached on day of arrival). On chasing them again, they simply state that the supplier might have made a mistake/the plant itself has not being sent by them and start reciting false stories again.
They are not ready to refund the money and are now asking for shipping charges again if I need an exchange(for no fault of mine), which would again not guarantee the quality of the tree.
Based on my experience,I would strongly suggest not to order anything online from this company without checking what is being delivered to you before hand.

β β β β β PHONE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE GOING! This is a business that is run from the house not a shop as such. The owner is an avid bonsai enthusiast who has been doing this as a hobby for some years but has a daytime job. He has some really nice specimens to choose from. Beware of ugly wire marks. Apparently, there are many more trees back in his hometown of Mysore.

β β β β β I placed an order for a Jaboticaba plant on 9th Jan 21. There was a considerable delay in the delivery. My queries on WhatsApp were mostly answered except a few. After certain point of time, I thought of cancelling the order, but didn't do it. However, on 10th February, the plant was delivered in very good condition. It is a healthy plant and I am extremely happy to have it finally. The Nursery people informed that it is blue variety , layered plant. The free plant, I chose Mulberry, was also delivered in good condition. I am happy with the service given by Bangalore Agrico. Planning to order few more plants from them. Thanks

After my long drive to Chikkellur, I found what is by far one of the nicest nurseries I've been to which peaked my interest. I spent 2 months just noticing their page and seeing the stuff they have online, but after going to the farm my perception changed completely.
#1. I found the owner to be a very pleasant gentleman who was open about how their operations run and had a plethora of information about the various plants they keep. I've seen a small part of the plants at the Chikkellur farm, it's absolutely amazing how much variety they manage to keep available at once.
#2. Its a must visit for bonsai enthusiasts and beginners. They sell many beginner bonsai trees without ceramics so that the customer has a very DIY feel. I loved it. They also can repot into their plastic bonsai pots at your request, won't cost much.)
#3. If you feel like the customer service is poor I suggest to call the number listed, it will direct to the person in charge who, as I mentioned above is a lovely person who will solve your queries.
Overall I'd like to conclude by saying that I myself picked up a starter bonsai of around 7 to 9 years age in a growing bag, and also a pretty old lemon tree that has some 20 odd lemons on it already. I must say due to the marshy weather I found some critters in soil and at the bottom of the pot. But this was due to the heavy monsoons, the plant was amazingly healthy as you can see below. He has way more options than most farms and nurseries I've been to, including some of the best mango trees I've seen. He even slashed the total price because I'm a student which I greatly appreciated.
