I bought plants worth 5 to 6k from here and upon buying the same I was guaranteed that when required the plants will be exchanged if I face any issue with the health of the plant. Two plants the lucky bamboo plant and an indoor Alocasia plants were priced high as the Alocasia was ₹280 and the Lucky Bomboo 3 tier was ₹400. Within two weeks of the purchase the plants started withering and as of this morning I got on a call with Dinesh who runs the place. Upon our conversation I wad asked to get the plants from my house in Ulsoor guaranteeing it would be exchanged and the issue will be fixed. Upon reaching the nursery I was shown a very wrong attitude. I was not helped and was told they will sell me the same plant if required but no services will be provided. The clarified that the plants health is nine of their business and they are not here to cater to 'people like me'. I'm someone who was willing to travel from Ulsoor to HRBR to get my plants fixed Upon multiple confirmations from Dinesh. I was lied to and deceived by these guys and they wanted me to purchase more plants and it was just a transaction for them. They were very clear that they do not possess any knowledge of the plants and cannot support or care for my plants. I urge you to be careful and avoid this place. Please do your own research if you want to get a plant, do not rely on what these guys say.
