★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist behavior is very bad and unprofessional.
We called in Aug 20. She gave an appointment for 10th September 20.
When called and informed that we are on the way to the clinic.
She informed. We cannot consider today.
We will take only 20 tokens.
I asked her. You didn't informed us about token you gave as in appointment for today 10th Sep. She was very arrogant and if you want to see doctor, come early morning stand in Q. We will open clinic at 10.30 am n we will token only for 29 ppl.
Today on 16th September I got a call from her.
Coz early at 9am morning i tried calling the receptionist. There was no response.
Later i got call from her. I explained her that i want an appointment.
Can I come tomorrow n take token.
She replied saying that you had a appointment on 10th September. I asked her mam when we came on 10th September you told there is no appointment n asked us to leave n told yo come early morning n take token. Then she saying I never told that or I have missed to see the appointment book. Now if you want appointment I can give on 6the Oct 20.
I checked mom that is too late. Her response was if want to take an appointment take it. I don't have time. I told this not the way you speak to customers. Her response was I'm speak like. If you want record. And you need to record n started arguing very rudely very badly. You are not the one patient. If want to take. Take it to leave it. I have never experienced such behavior at clinic from receptionist. Coz of such people Doctor name is getting spoiled. *SHE ALSO TOLD YOU WANT TO GIVE FEEDBACK GO AND GIVE*
My request to doc is please hiring someone with experience person. Do screening properly. Coz this small things will lead doctor name spoiled.
She does even have cutesy not don't know how to speak to patient. Very bad behavior.
I advise to others. People should respect you. If there is no respect and treat unprofessional.
Please do not put your respect aside n go to such places.
Doc I think you need to speak to your receptionist.
I'm coming to you from past 2010. I have got my parents, my friends and one of your old customers.
Such behavior of receptionist you will be losing your patients n customers.
I don't want to write. But though I must put my experience if not this will continue n doctor name will spoiled in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly don't not call on the number provided. They never answer the call wanted to visit doctor n tried to make an appointment wasn't successful they don't answer the call. From morning to evening it will b ringing but nobody bothers to answer the call. Tried making an effort book an appointment through lybrate.com but wasn't successful. Decided to visit some other Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best doctor fir skin care. But the receptionist has no respect, her reply towards the question we ask is like as though she's doing a favor for me with her own money. I would request the doctor to please teach her how to behave with patients.
I would give 5 stars for the doctor but 1 star for the recipient.
I had been to treat acne, could see results within months and follow as per doctors suggestion sometimes you need to visit more than twice depending on your results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing. Came here as an emergency because I had a severe allergic reaction. The receptionist told me that I cannot see the doctor as I had come late and apparently all the tokens got over with only 3 people inside the clinic. Absolutely terrible and unhappy.

No improvement in skin allergy for my daughter after 3 months treatment highly disappointed doctor talk very rude sit to make money not to treat patients , i have visited many times for my family but no use of cost i spend approx 40k waste of money not recommend to any one
