★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Doctor Aruna is always in a hurry and does not wish to listen. She is extremely impolite, rude and condescending. Her focus is only earning money does not have that genuine concern for the patients health. You can check her other reviews and confirm that It is not a one time issue that I have faced, there are many who have complained the same. Please think twice before visiting her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most arrogant, rude, impatient doctor I have ever met. She does not have the patience to talk to patients and understand their issues. Jumps to conclusions while making rude remarks. She is always in a hurry to send you off so that she can either go home or attend the next patient. I have experienced this personally twice so this is not based on one visit experience. Will not revisit nor will I recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever. she never listens to patients, never examine the skin and prescribe you random medications. She is always in a rush and wants to get home or something. i consulted her for acne and my lord, she completely destroyed my skin. I got more acne because of her carelessness. she asked me to consult her after 30 days and if there is any improvement she'll examine and explain. but my acne increased and when i went back to her for my second appointment, she changed all the medications and asked me to meet her again if my acne increases more. and once its worse, she'll do chemical peel on my face which is not once but 7 sittings. so whats her point? to destroy my face ? i will definitely not recommend this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor and prescribes medicene which are only availanle at Arun medicals, whis is opposit to her clinic. Very expensive medicenes she prescribes. (which other medical shops dont even know) Charges heavily even if you go to show some results with out any consultaion. Will never recommend this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I surely will agree with rest of reviewers, most rude and arrogant doctor ever. She doesn't even listens to what patient has to say. Simply prescribe some medications and get rid of the patient to attend the next. We went on suggestion from another Dr. but never again now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the others i started getting treatment for vitiligo under Dr Aruna when I was in my 12th grade 2008 it was only because of her my vitiligo stopped spreading she was considerate and humble always used to answer my queries and she was the best she really helped me through that phase where I was literally depressed she was the inspiration for me to get into medical field.I have visited many dermatologists before her trust me she was the best and she will be the best for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to her with signs of clearly *irritated* skin as a result of a compromised moisture barrier. I even told her I had hives and itchiness. She quickly dismissed it as acne vulgaris without giving it much of a look and prescribed the highest concentration, medical grade retinoid along with glycolic acid. These two ingredients are literally the LAST RESORT for someone with already irritated, inflamed skin. Further, the instructions were not right and it would have literally BURNT my skin if I actually went through. She recommends high dose, medical grade solutions like it's child's play. For a problem that did not need any pills or such harsh treatment, I was very upset that my skin was just treated as a playground for medication. :( I highly recommend doing your own research before just using products that ANYONE recommends.
