★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst delivery services available. These people are robbers and not to be trusted. There are lots of complaints against them if u check online. Adding to this they have pathetic and useless staff. One month back I had sent a package to Mumbai and they lost it. Didn't even take responsibility for it and did nothing to resolve the problem. They kept saying we will check it in the warehouse and eventually stopped picking my calls. We complained to the higher authorities and still they did nothing about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent a courier with valuable things and they too checked while booking. They said they will deliver in 3-4 days. And its been 7 days product not delivered. every day tracker is updated as out for delivery, customer refused, could not deliver. No one responding to talk to me even.
Customer care is even worst, they are not doing anything they will just say we will follow up. and this franchise people does not even pick the call.
If you are ready to spend hell lot of time to talk to customer care and more dare to loose the product then visit else ignore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was couriered a package from Delhi on Sunday 13th Feb ..the package reached the destination city on Tuesday 15th Feb ..the distance between the DTDC hub and my home is not more that 7 to 8 km ..today is Friday 18th February and I have still not received my package... Package travelled 2k plus km in 2 days ..but not able to reach the remaining 8 km for 3 days ... This is not bad ..this is pathetic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a package on 28 April. Before sending, i specifically asked whether that area was within their service and the lady at the counter confirmed it was. Today it's May 9, and after so many days of the package not having reached, they told me that the courier was returned om May 2!!! They forgot to call me!!! Such unbelievable sloppiness!! To add to it, when I went to collect it, they have spoiled the cover in such a way that it cannot even be despatched by some other means. I have to change the envelope and write everything all over again. Extremely disappointed with this kind of apathy and negligence!!
