★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send a washing machine from bangalore to THIRUVANANTHAPURAM in kerala. Material reached safr without any damage or scratches, but not quite satisfied the way they did the door delivery. One person delivered the item at the gate and not at the door. I had to arrange separate people for getting it shifted inside. Only one driver was available to deliver the washing machine.
Otherwise it was good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience during shipment from Bangalore to Koyilandy; one item was lost during transit, they couldn’t trace the package, no compensation/refund for the lost item. Value of lost item was little higher than I paid for the shipping charges. Staff service was courteous, but that not enough, they should ensure goods are safe during transit.
Better avoid this place if you need a reliable solution for your logistics support.
