★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has nothing been more disappointing than to have chosen Batra's for my hairfall and acne..my hair before starting my treatment with them were THICK & LONG, but overtime when I started it I thought it's getting better but unfortunately that wasn't true. I started to have more severe hairfall than before and my hair started THINNING..the doctors kept on changing everytime and I had paid thousands of rupees for my treatment and in return I received nothing but just disappointments on and on. I regret choosing Batra's because I lost what I had instead. They say hvt hair grow and all the treatments in the world with no percent effect instead worsening of my hair condition. And again when I told there has been no effect it's almost been a year, they say your plan has been expired and you have to renew it by again paying 20k+ and so much more. Like seriously, I don't even get it how regretful I'm and what a wrong decision I had made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with my service there. I am happy to update this review if I can get a proper response from them. I do not like giving a bad review but my experience was bad.
I made a call for an appointment for a nose piercing allergy. I specifically asked if this is something that would be treated and I was told yes. I got at least three reminders about my appointment on WhatsApp which was appreciated. I walked in at my appointment time and the front desk staff was not aware of my appointment. Even if they have a centralized call center there should be an appropriate mechanism to check on appointments. Centralizing systems should not take away from patient care.
I was then asked to fill a two page questionnaire and a medical history sheet. I was then shown into the doctors cabin. The doctor asked me several questions before examination. Most of the questions were already answered by me in the information sheet. I was told that the information was not updated in the system and he has to fill the information in the computer. What is the point of filling out the form if we have to go over this procedure again.
After examination, I was told that my prescription will be given by the staff outside and that the doctor cannot reveal the name of the medicine.
The doctor did do a good job of giving me information on my allergy and care. He mentioned that they were not equipped to clean the wound at the facility.
I went outside and spoke with a staff who explained the different schemes of care starting from a one month to a three month plan that ranged in thousands. All I wanted was a simple clean up, prescription and I would have happily paid for the services.
There was clearly lack of coordination between the call Centre. Reception, doctor and follow up.

Think that it is commendable that we have homeopathy care scaling up which can serve as a good model.
Pros: clean facilities, air conditioned, use of sophisticated equipment, well mannered staff.
Cons: lack of coordination, too many procedures that do not take the big picture need of the patient and simpler walk in procedures for routine checkups.
I am happy to update this review if I hear back from them with an apt response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homoeopathic medicine plays an important role in my life. In the month of June 2021, I was diagnosed with Ovarian cyst of size 133 mm, and then later did aspiration. Since, it has the probability of increasing the size, I contacted Dr. Chand of Dr. Batra's Homeopathy Clinic. I was further treated by him and then the cyst size reduces. I thank Dr Batra's Homeopathy Clinic and Dr Chand from the core of my heart for saving me from further complications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their treatment is good but the follow up service is unsatisfactory. I had moved to a different location and was assured i will receive the medicines in a short duration of 4-5 days. I've been waiting for 20 days now and still no sign of the medicines.
