★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are very bad, they don't care about patient condition and they don't understand emergency as well. They simply lie to postpone the cases. They never give report on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why no one has written the reviews so far. This is one of the oldest diagnostic labs in the Rajajinagar area. I personally know about it for more than 8-9 years. The services are good and the staffs are well behaved. They also provide home visit service depending on the need. The reports are mostly accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a TMT, XRay and blood work. It took more than 5 hours with absolutely no staff to support on saturday. The same saga even on weekdays. They ask patients to have breakfast after blood work and keep them waiting for rest of the test. You could see patients frequently questioning and fighting with front desk to get the answer that we are short staffed, pl wait. If you have time in hand also pl do not visit this diagnostic as there are enough hospitals to test your patience.
