★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The lady at the reception is the worst among the staff. She will always be on mobile rather than addressing the customers. She is short tempered and doesn’t fit to be in this field. Though the reports are ready she doesn’t want to send to the customers on time. Delay Delay delay is what you see throughout the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessary delay. They do not update us what's happening, when is our turn. If we ask, they just ask us to sit and wait. Not sure how long.
I can't comment on the results and their testing skills but other things like hospitality and guiding through procedure doesn't cross one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Staff not cooperative. My nephew got tested for rtpcr and got report without correct name ..expansion of initial since he was going abroad. He insisted many times tot give name as per passport but they refused . Since he had to leave abroad next day he had no other option to take same report..but at airport he was sent back to get report with correct name. Due to this negligence he had to face the wrath at airport n spend money again for the test.. really bad .. not recommended...

I had to wait for 2 hours inspite of getting an appointment at 9am for couple of tests.
Well, now I am still waiting for the test results since 4days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inordinate waiting time. It's more than an hour we are waiting here to get an X Ray done after being told to wait for half an hour. There are no other patients and it's just they either don't have staff to do X Ray for even one person or are extremely lackadaisical in their work. Horrible to the core!
