★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They don't care about customers. It is incredible that they charged me for changing the old sim to the new 4g compatible sim, while other operators sent me the sim home!! BSNL is a liability to the citizens of India needs to be shut instead of waiting taxpayers money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience ever on customer service representative, we need to name it as ok older home due to people as well as their network speed they are using 2G to activate new sim and post paid connection and they don't have knowledge about their work to activate the sim they took almost three hours and some people they mentioning that network issue.
While waiting for my activation I seen people came for recharge they are suggesting for higher amount and also not giving any respect to people they are waiting. They are recharge from their personal account instead of company portal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had applied for a new landline connection almost weeks ago . Nobody has contacted us regarding when we will get our connection till date . When I informed the customer care the lady has no idea what is to be done she just says go to the office and meet the higher official what is the point of having the customer care ...! When I went to the office on Lazar Road to meet the higher official I was directed to an SDE who just took down some notes and said technicians will call you . This was 1 and a half weeks ago . I didn't receive any updates hence went back to the office at 5pm and the gates were locked and the watchman asked me " if you come now ( so late ) who will there in the office ..? " And sent me back .
I am absolutely clueless as to what should be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer service. I went there to port my number to BSNL. Everything was explained very clearly and the CAF was filled in with the details given. Was handed over a new SIM and told it would take 7 days to port. Extremely happy with the service. Even the private companies took so much time for similar service. Thank you and keep up the great work.
