โ โ โ โ โ Prime location on Margosa main road, Malleswaram. Easy to pay BSNL bills and also make telephone related enquiries. Easily visible from the main road. Parking is a problem on the main road and the cross roads.

โ โ โ โ โ People are good but if enter inside you will see cobweb and dirty. Cleaning is nill. If the office is clean it will be still good

โ โ โ โ โ The calls are not getting attended, and they are getting closed without attending, no option to reooen the call worst service. Canoot find the concerned even if we go to BSNL office.

โ โ โ โ โ 1 day I was upset after hearing the news about BSNL getting shut.
But I regret it and wish BSNL shut soon atleast not to loss the Govt even more.
The staff are aged, lethargic and pathetic.
Worst customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Was really happy with the service given by Mr.Ravi at the starting Counter. Porting activation of 2 sims was done within 20 mins with no delays. Also the person was very courteous and kind to another senior citizen customer. Was really a great experience.??
