โ โ โ โ โ Not organized poor customer service. You need to have exact change at this store. They pester you to buy store card by paying 1000 rupees. That is irritating. So I avoid going to this store.

โ โ โ โ โ The mangoes i had bought from here were spoiled and had Worms in them. Had to throw away the entire 3 kgs. Other than that its a great place for your regular groceries.

This is located next to Verna store, Malleshwaram bengaluru. Recently brand has been changed, it's exactly beside Veena Store

โ โ โ โ โ Reasonably good collection, but extremely unprofessional. New rule is that you've to keep every belonging (literally every belonging) outside the shop against no baggage tags/ tokens. The security personnel misbehaves, and is sometimes accompanied by not_in_uniform friends of his, if the instructions are not followed. The sales personnel are always interested in selling membership cards for 1k.

โ โ โ โ โ The place has really bad ambience. The shop does not switch on the AC or the fan. Its always warm inside. There is also the problem of infestation. My last shopping spree I saw the staff spraying cockroach spray to get rid of severe infestation. There were cockroaches on the ceiling and on top of the computer at the cash counter They do stock most of the packaged products, veggies and fruit. The cause for worry is the open veggies and fruit that the roaches may be enjoying. With so many products crammed into limited space, the possibility of infestation is high. The management can think of using pest control to tackle infestation.
Another issue is every time you shop the staff keeps insisting that you buy the membership card. The fact that one is not interested does not register with them at all.
The cash counters are placed weirdly. There is no space to exit behind the cash counter. One has to barge into the line of waiting customers to exit the store peacefully.
Overall..I find the shopping experience to be extremely unsatisfactory.
