★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and friendly doctors. But hospital process is pathetic. Came with wife for 3rd month scan at 9am ( exactly at the time informed to us) but ended up finishing it at around 1:30pm!! Thankfully on the same day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were blessed with a Baby Boy in this hospital a few weeks back. We starting consulting this hospital from my wife's 7th month pregnancy as she moved to her mom's place.
We had only bad experiences in routine checkups as there were multiple issues we faced:
1. Outpatients were not properly managed - They have to modernize their reception, appoint well mannered staffs as it's a private hospital and we pay for the service. Most of the times they are rude or don't answer properly. It's better you can take the consultation fees prior, instead of getting rude and nudge for money immediately after we consult doctor as if we run away without paying.
2. Only one doctor for outpatient in such a Big hospital with huge crowd, we consulted Dr. Nishita Rao who is very very busy and hardly have 1 or 2 mins to look into a patient. She never speaks anything additional or give advice unless asked. Only the junior staffs does all the examination and doctor only oversee their report during checkup.
We were very skeptical to proceed with the delivery because of the very careless behavior.. but it all has got changed when we got admitted to the hospital for delivery..
Positives:
The hospital staffs, nurses, housekeeping staffs, duty doctors all were very friendly and supportive during the days my wife was admitted to the hospital for delivery. The duty doctors explained everything so we were clear on the treatment provided.
They try to do the normal delivery as much as possible and if everything was good with the mom's health.
They have tie ups with major insurance providers so had a seamless cashless experience though they charged a bit as additional expenses that were not covered through insurance.
Though it was all good during the delivery till discharge, the initial visits were very frustrating and caused us doubts over the hospital.
The advice is to proactively check with doctors every time if everything is okay and clarify all the doubts, because the doctor is very busy, we don't know if they actually look into the reports and giving proper advice..
Overall a good hospital if we endure all those negatives...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital i ever seen, govt hospital staff people will behave better than this hospital staff. One old lady in blood testing center is worst, she has to learn how to respect people. My sincere advise dont visit here unless it is emergency, you can get better hospital in the malleshwaram.

Inspite of knowing this place for a long time, seeing few negative reviews, I was little skeptical but me and my wife’s experience was pretty good.
Dr.Nishitha is a good doctor and all staff were very cooperative with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience. Doctors have no time to talk with us. Rushes like a government hospital. We expect someone to listen us and quality inputs from them.
But here, they are busy in giving bills. Laboratory bills comes in different names and different locations with no detailed information.
During my 3month pregnancy period , I took a scanning and that scanning video was shown only to me. Not even called my husband. This was my first pregnancy. We all expect to see that baby growth. Instead , they throw bills to us .
Consultation fees is charged for not consulting at all.
I request , there are lot of beautiful hospitals in Bangalore. Why u ppl waste time and energy here. There's nothing special treatment here.
I have attached 2different names and locations of laboratory bills. Pls have a look.
One lab test for my wife and other lab test for baby itseems . How funny . I have 100compaints. I hope this is enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave birth to baby(sakkare gommbe Navishka)here only, Dr. Nishitha roa well experienced doctor n friendly, but staff r little rude, down ground staff, nurse n services are really very good for affordable price.. it costed 62000( 4 days pkg including bed n medical)for my c section n it was through insurance.. best hospital in decent affordable amt, as my baby had jaundice wanted to stay 3 days extra. Was discharged once she is completely fine. Insurance will be taken its helpful they have links with all kind of insurance.. also post birth, even pediatrician is available that's Dr. Mahesh, best Dr to go with, will treat the kids in best way. But as he is well known doctor there will be huge que to comsult him, long waiting period. As sson as we go will have to take token n give the baby's name.. also even scanning is available in the same hospital, so I would tell all in one is Lakshmi Maternity and it's one of the oldest hospitals in Bang.. now my baby is 1year 3months old, any issues with her health I still go there only from RR Nagar, even vaccinations for child will be given( not free of cost).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many say ,staff are busy , doctor is busy , you know why , the guarantee , safety , quality is important to us , from 1st month checkup to delivery there are scans , test , they maintain time , we should go on time , they. Always try normal delivery , they don't won't more money from patients ,
The things are different in most hospital , they see what are the ways we can increase the bill
I have 2 daughter , we are happy with there service , support , and quality of medicine given by Dr Mahesh
