★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses are not even bothered to inform the patients who are coming from far places, if Doctor is not coming to clinic. Nurses keep chit-chatting with each other. Doctor Not Coming on Opaintment time !! I have waiting from 10.30 to 12.00 very much upset that to I am carrying my Grandma she was more suffering from Fever.

Wait time could be managed well , maybe the front office needs to manage the schedules well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place, when a medical director of hospital is irresponsible then what you to tell about others. We reached there at 10 am and front desk lady informed to doctor about the emergency but he told 10 - 15 min every time whenever that lady called him. Till 12 o clock there was mo clue that where is doctor so we decided to go to Aster CMI. Once become free and come back around 1:30 then I went back to this place. I saw that most of the patients (who were waiting since 11AM) were still for their turn as Doctor were came too late. I spoke with Doctor and asked to him if he supposed to come this late he should inform to patients that what you supposed to come not like on the way in 10-15 min. He told like i can not explain my emergency and pretended like he informed to front desk lady and shouted at her.
Stupid Person who is is insulting the doctor profession. I would not suggest to anyone to go this place in case of emergency specially.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience recently for my 80 year old mother who was suffering with severe symptoms of pain and burning....the consulting doctor gynaecologist was absolutely impatient and didn't even give a patient hearing when she was describing her symptoms ...this is the basic quality a doctor should display isn't it? ..... besides even though we had done all tests 15 days ago, she was insisting on repeating the tests at Geetha nursing home itself before doing a local examination for my mum...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been consulting Dr. Narayanswamy for close to 10 years now and i consider him as my family doctor. Though he is an ENT specialist, he is equally adept as a general physician. His diagnosis has always been spot on and he does not burdens you with unnecessary tests and expensive medicines. As a result he has earned the respect and absolute trust of my family. Yes, the wait period might be an issue at times, especially in the mornings. But then I always prefer to consult him in the night :-)

2. Doctors don't arrive on time, hospital opens 10.30, nurses say he will arrive by 11.30, and the doctors actually arrive by 12
3. No time effeciency
4. This hospital is not worth it for anything other than mothers and labor and maternity patients
