★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire team here at Kites is great...empathetic , supportive , cordial and capable from office boys to doctors to Admin staff..nice and clean facility at the main road ..reachable easily , reasonable and affordable price...havent known this service until we joined our 86 years grand mother in law ..she is doing well now after their 24/7 care and support..rate 5 on 5.
Doctors were very friendly and understanding and suggesting the right treatment as minimal as required vis a vis corporate hospital treatment.
Thanks Madhuri, Dr Ruhi and Dr Synthia and the entire staff.Appreciate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the outset we would like to thank the entire team at Kites for the wonderful care and support during our Dad's post hospitalization recovery...after being hospitalized for more than 3 weeks we had brought Dad to Kites for his rehabilitation and therapy....after a month we walked out with Dad completely healed and with a smile on his face. Would like to appreciate and thank once again Kites team and the entire staff for their the care and service provided during this time. Wishing Kites Team the very best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, from start to finish while working with Kites. We received the profiles within a few minutes of requesting a home nurse, and finalized within 2 days. Very happy with the care provided by the nurse, Probin. Professional, confident, soft spoken, hardworking and caring. Did a very good job taking care of my dad. Good language skills too. Managed the Pigtail catheter well and saved us a few trips to hospital by managing small issues with the tube, which my elderly parents otherwise could not have managed. Backup nurse arranged with minimal effort on our part, and good response to our calls by the management team. Thank you Kites Senior Care. We wish your organization, and especially Probin, all the very best.

Months and she was very well taken care of. The staff the management is very good. My mother law was very happy and felt like it was her second home. If anyone is looking for a senior care center this is it. The best thing is it doesn’t give you the feel of a hospital.

They provide replacements for the care care taker very promptly before relieving the existing staff. Kites understand customer need and help the customer suitably with a smiling face. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot imagine what would I do if KITES wasn't there! The best decision of my life was to bring my 81 year old mother to KITES after her fall. Wonderful place and wonderful care/service. Empathy and compassion seem to be ruling primarily in the air -with the entire staff including all the Doctors , the Staff nurses, the Nursing sisters and brothers and the Quality and Operations team - breathing it in and out. Excellent physiotherapy - exactly suitable to the age and the requirement. My mother seems to have got a rebirth and is very happy too!! Thanks a million to the owner for bringing this concept here too?
