★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely no 24hrs service hospital. They will say their lab will open at 8am but it doesn't. There won't be anyone at reception in morning. Please don't admit if you need 24hr assistant or you want early discharge. Things happen at their own pace and you will be frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ StepMed is now divine health center. Heard that the hospital was open from past 4 days. There are totally 8 beds, 1 security guard, 1 practicing night duty doctor and a ward boy who administers all medicines and injections(better than the doctor). Admitted patient at 9:30pm, there was no pharmacy available, I was asked to get the necessary iv and medicines from nearest Arun Medicals. The rooms were very dirty, no cleaners available, the security guard was cleaning and the bedsheets were pathetic. Waited till morning 10:30am but no doctors made it. Finally decided to move patient to a better hospital. Even though it's a new hospital the minimum requirements needs to be met before opening. Hope this hospital understands and values their patients expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hospital is just want to make money. They just want to admit patient forcefully. I was having fever and they told me you are suffering from dengue. They did Rs1600 test for dengu found to be negative. They were telling me your blood platelet are decreasing. So plz get admitted. I went 3 times to them in 2days and there doctors were just giving me injection and drips.
They made bill for 6k .Then I left the hospital and went back my home town and checked there and get tested and found typhoid. My local doctor treated better and I recovered in 3 days. Then I realise why they want me to get admit. So that they can make bill over 1lacs and get funded from my company medical. Here I don't want to target any one personally but that's the reality.
Please treat patient well and don't make a trap to increase bill. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, DR Stephen Anthony is barely a knowledgeable doctor. I have allergic pharyngitis and instead of immunotherapy he decided to burn my nose using laser in 2016 snatching 30k out of my pockets. I was young and desperate for the cure hence, didn't bother to research. For god's sake don't go to this hospital instead, ask around from the people who have been treated well at less charges. Doctors who aren't behind money are the ones who care about patient's health. People like Stephen Anthony are nothing but a threat to your life. Kindly avoid.
