★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to take your loved ones, don't even think of this place during emergency, the staff and nurses do not have the passion to serve patients, they make fun and pass comments on patients weight and many more such things which is very unprofessional, patients who are very ill are left unattended for hours even if the patient shouts for help everyone turns a deaf ear. The duty doctors at night are unavailable as they sleep in the consultation rooms in the ground floor. The doctors get irritated when relatives enquire about the health condition of their family member who is admitted, they seem to be very frustrated maybe due to too much of work that they have taken on to themselves. Feeling very disappointed and sad that my loved one had to go through a terrible experience which affected the state of mind as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been here to take the covishield vaccine. It's on the 2nd floor. All staff are with masks. Took around 10mins for the injection. They accept credit card. It's better to register on cowin website and take appointment before going.

Watchmen he has no rigths interfeve with patients . Its request to give him waring.
That with elderly person . So shameless
I never expected for him. This Hospital make u wait for long time , its money mind people not care for patients , can believe 3hrs heart patients. I was shocked when watchmen
Please take it seriously , I am Citizen Times Repoter .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice experience in this hospital. I went here to take my vaccination. Staffs are very friendly and assist you to take the vaccination successfully.
And also have specialist in various domains. Incase if any emergency after vaccination, they will assist you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to meet unpunctual disrespecting and unprofessional staff go to this Hospital.
I went to this so called hospital to get Covid vaccine on 05/01/2022, they made me wait for 1 Hour as the person who does registration was out for his personal works. When I informed we waited for 40 mins "The person - perhaps the CEO of the Hospital" replied unprofessionally "ITS OKAY MAN" while it is NOT OKAY to make someone to wait for any reason. I asked him for apology he said he cant as he was in emergency. I am not sure as I cant trust him - I am unsure why a person does registration has to attend emergency and why there isn't a substitute of him when he is away.
Advise to Management: Please have respect to your customers and maintain professional ethics within staff. Make sure you value your customer's time more than money.

Hospital does have emergency doctors(in case of any adverse reactions though it is very unlikely)
- Need to Register at the emergency entrance get a token. Vaccination on 2nd floor.
- Sanitizers available
- Social distancing was followed since the crowd was minimal.
- All staffs were kitted up with masks, gloves the whole shebang.
- The floors were clean and neatly maintained.
- CASH & CARD ACCEPTED ( No UPIs accepted)
- Walk in allowed
Note : Aadhaar number required.
Overall the whole experience was satisfactory. Thank you for contributing to make the world a safer place.
