★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have charged more than 7500 rupees for MRI scan, since I was not aware how much an MRI costs, we got it done. Later we found Aarti labs which is just 5 kms from here is charging 3200 for same MRI. Aarti labs is much bigger, much better and got more positive reviews. So, everyone please check the rates before getting things done.

The staffs are friendly & ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why it was highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, we had taken NCV test for my mother (age 84 yrs) our appointment 1330 hrs was scheduled. We reached on time but it was took more than 2 hours to complete the test due to the some reasons at lab end. And also lab technician given wrong report ( might be some other patient test result). He realised himself and called for another test again. We came back all the way back and took one more test. We are not specialist to identify this report also correct or not. Management have
toinvestigate the issues.
Management have to look into this issue and should not repided to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inappropriate behaviour of staff. Everything went well till scanning. After scanning in morning they asked to collect the reports at 4 I requested for mail they agreed. Evening no mail received. Called them back picked the call sent wrong report. Then no response think need to go to hospital to collect the report for 12kms again. Waste service for the price they are charging.
Check service at Rashi atleast reports and data is maintained in good order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son needed a urgent blood test, X-ray and ultra sound scan. The responsiveness ,sense of urgency shown was great, very courteous, interactive and all our questions and doubts were answered and clarified. From the X-ray technician, blood drawing person to the ultrasound scanning Doctor we got exceptional service , even though we were very low. Staffs and doctors have given us great confidence.
Finally Ms Jeeva at the reception made our day. She was very prompt from the first call I made till the last bit, she educated and guided us in all aspects, Awesome and great hospitality shown.including Mr Hari , Hats off to the entire team.
I would highly Recommend Silverline Diagnostics to all . Good job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first ever scan of my life..? Good experience from the Reception desk till I got my reports.
Need a special mention about Dr.Harshitha.H.K,MD, Radiologist, she is the best in the business, with amazing knowledge and informs the patient what's going on the screen. Really liked her kindness to answer all my queries during the scan. Definitely recommend this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, i had come for my blood test in fasting around 8am, no one to guide us wre to go in the first floor, u people first collecting money from customer after billing they ask us to go to first floor for giving sample i was waiting the for 30mints no one was thr in that floor, nor in reception nor in sample collection place. Don't waste our time. Later one lady coming out from some room as per her convenience. Please make sure some one placed in thr place so that patient will not suffer.
