★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even I gone through the experience mentioned by others, when I visited center for test on 5th May, 2021 I was made to wait for 2 hours without initiating atleast the registration process. Everytime we check with the person why it is taking time he used to come up with some lame excuse or reason. After 2 hours waiting in queue only two samples were collected from the people who were in queue. There was unnecessary process that was carried out during the registration process which was not the same in the government facility. The staff came unprepared without basis documents and print outs. They opened the resignation online, made is book a slot and when we visited the place it was one hell of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are running a SCAM. They give you a form to fill, collect the sample and money. They do not give receipt. I got SRF ID after 2 days. Till now no test result. Its bren mote than 7 days. Thyrocare declines any responsibility. The collection guy stops responding as well.

Since i had read some negative reviews on Thyrocare test report issues at Kalyan Nagar.
I was bit worried but I thought to give a try.
I got my report on time.
Economical, small improvement needed.
4 stars for giving report as promised.
-1 for not providing rcpt.
There was no receipts provided but the payment was done to Thyrocare Technologies vis PAYTM Qr code scan
Rest be assured report is also processed at Banaswadi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this centre on service road Kalyan nagar, near garbagudi/Blue dart.
Only 2 patients were tested in 2 hours, the collection agent was very irresponsible arrogant and attending several phone calls while creating the SRF ID, they were waiting for some forms which is not mandatory for srf which s done online. Thyrocare team 'we are separate and the collection agents are separate' was the response.
Mant previous patients were complaining on not receiving rt/pcr reports for over 4 or 5 days (missing swabs!!).
Very very poorly managed.
Finally I did my RT PCR at Kacharakanahalli Health Office (BBMP) without any hazzle, went around 12ish...
