★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors Diagnostic Centre is the most reliable and hygienic lab that I have come across in Bangalore. The staff working at the counters are very friendly and I have personally overcome my fear of needles due to their fine service. I am happy with their well-organized services and will definitely visit them in need of a medical test. Keep up your good work!

Consultant radiologist by name Dr. Nanditha Robert's is the most arrogant person I have seen. Being a Doctor she has no respect for the patients and she talks as if she is offering free service. Remove her from your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First when I called they asked me to come immediately within 10mins or the doctor will go away. (Who actually came an hour late).
Dr SK Somu 28002 took the scanning, and entire while he was chatting with his staff. Givin me unnecessary gnyan.
At the end the report says Obscured by Bowel gas!!
Even when my bladder was bursting out..
The report isn't proper and I had to do another one..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My note is to the radiologist (Ms. Nandhita Roberts). You should really know your place. You arent doing this for free. We're paying you for certain service. If my bladders wasnt full and you couldnt do the ultrasound, its not my fault. You have no right to ask me to come early and wait given the current covid situation. If u didnt want to do tbe ultrasound, you couldve always said so. I dont care about your work timings, u couldnt fo you couldve said so. Do act like you did me a favor by attending to me. Also, as a doctor, you should be aware about hygeine and the current covid situation. The white sheet on the bed wasnt changed at all before attending to every patient. Ridiculous!
To clarify to Nandhita reply below. I was late by ten minutes. At the reception i clarified if it was ok and the receptionist said nothing. They took me for my blood test first and then brought me to u. When i reached you were already attending to token number 4. Nevertheless, if the bladder isnt full it isnt. i didnt ask u to wait for the next 20 mins for me. U didnt have to. There was another patient as well whom you were waiting for. So stop being a drama queen and inform the management if u have any concerns with the current operating procedures and not the patients. Speaking about covid, you should be the last one commenting considering the fact u dont even change the white sheet on the bed before a patient comes in.
Also a full bladder to ME means i have to pee and it doesnt matter to me if its one drop or 500ml. All i know is i have to pee. When you checked the first time and it wasnt full, u pulled up a big face and started cribbing. I mean who do u think u are. Stop lying, my appointment was at 12.30. i was there at 12.45 and the i had gone for my blood test at 12.52. receipt no. AB000687011. Go check for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have taken appointment for scanning with Token number as 1. The attendant was calling people than us. Then what is the point of calling early morning and taking Token. Even I told that our token number is 1, she didn’t just bother and calling others. This is really unprofessional.

Some reception staffs I've seen are in a world of there own but otherwise it's all good.
Lab service is good and reports are prompt.
X ray department also is run well, good staffs are proper guidance given before x ray.
Overall it's very good.
A little bit better customer service at reception would do no harm.
