So disappointed about Dr. Ritesh. He did surgery for my husband without examining in detail , after 2months we again went for the same surgery in same hospital but Dr. Srinidhi explained everything and Dr. Ebenezer did the surgery and has given excellent service.We really surprised tht they treat us like family members evn Veena Madam was so helpful... thank you Veena ma'am n Dr. Srinidhi sir.

Been visiting here for quite sometime for different issues, over all experience has been good and Thank you Dr.Sreenidhi for the support and we are very happy about the on time treatment. Mrs. Veena really appreciate your effort coordinating with people and helping them in best way.

Been visiting here for quite sometime for diffrent issues, over all experience has been good with reception, customer care and the Doctor treatment. They take good care of the patient and the hospital is clean and hygiene.

A huge round of applause goes to Zion Hospital and their entire team of doctors, nursing and support staff for their continued dedication, professionalism, passion and medical care rendered to patients. 3 Cheers and a standing ovation goes out especially for Dr.Ebenezer & Dr.Srinidhi (General Surgery) & Dr.Kavitha (Emergency) & Dr.Nagendra & team (Anaesthesiology) for their passion, commitment, kindness, friendliness, calmness, patience and utmost care provided before and after the surgery and whenever you visit the OPD for consultation. These doctors are especially blessed by God with healing hands and are truly amazing, selfless human beings that are the backbone and the unsung heroes that have carved a niche for Zion Hospital to be such a great success indeed!! Your PR skills are awesome and the care given is par excellence to patients/attenders right from the admissions counter/reception and all the way in-house, which is truly commendable. You ensure that patients are very comfortably settled in with frequent checks and visits by all of your team that includes your support staff with supervisors and housekeeping/ maintenance teams. The Nursing staff (both OPD & in-house) are also very friendly, attentive and diligent in their duties discharged. In today's day and age of great technology, I salute all the backend teams (medical & non-medical) in the labs and manufacturing depts., that work so tirelessly to provide machines/support services to aid the team of doctors/nurses to provide healing/surgical procedures to restore good health and fitness to so many. No matter what one may encounter in life, it's usually better to embrace the challenge and face it head on as there's always a solution for every issue that arises....remember that before one begins the blame game innuendos, there's always 3 fingers pointing back to oneself, so learn to flex them well and adjust to every situation. I think this hospital can do much more better when it come to responesebility and treating the staff in front office properly.and also I feel the service is ok and need more thing to be worked out internally.and also be better if the staff could behave with respect like one of the staff I met in past like Ashwin , gettha etc and one of the staff with short hair she gave good respect and provided a good service for me . When I came to this hospital I was not stasfied with the work but the doc was good and treatment was fine . I was not ok with the hosptialy of the staff over there .

A good and reasonable hospital. Er doctors and staff were very nice. One of my relatives went to Zion hospital with complaint of chest pain. He went alone. As Er doctors examine him and diagnosed him with acute mi. Doctor only call attender, call 108 ambulance as patient were not affordable. Explained attender shift him jayadeva hospital. Thanku doctor and Zion hospital to save my uncle.

The hospital is clean an healthy to visit. The staff are helpfull. The doctor very concerning care for the patient. Wishing them the best.
