★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This peoples r all fraudsters they take full payment for the product we select until they take complete money they'll be good KIND n give us guarantee warranty an all they do fake company promises!once money is taken completely they'll say we dint tell u i don't know what u purchased someone else attended u this that an all...n they provide all broken dirty n waste furniture, what they show will be different n what they give that will be completely different don't trust them they r even rude they don't exchange their own products if it's misplaced mismatched n speak like we r taking the furniture for credit i suggest every one do not buy any thing from berlynoak (ROYALOAK)n they don't even return amount....

We purchased a Recliner sofa and paid full amount around 1.2Lakhs and they promised to deliver in a week. But we didn't get any update and we had to follow up continuously to get an update. The follow up was not just phone call but including 2 times visit to the shop in person. If there is logistics issue or something they should provide proper update and shouldn't ghost customers. Then we requested for refund only after that the sofa arrived in 2 days. Please don't give false promises and always keep the customers updated. We really like the sofa that's why I gave 2 stars . we got the product delivered only after 4 weeks. When you know to follow up with customers to make them buy the product , please have the same courtesy with customers until the product is delivered.

He explained how to keep and take care of the furniture so that it's life is enhanced. He advises how to clean and how not clean it. He has been very thorough about his work and has in depth knowledge about furnitures.
