★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy anything from this shop. I bought my most of the furnitures from this shop worth lakhs and got cheated. The only reason I took that wrong decision was because furnitures are made of Seesham wood. But not even a single furniture is aligned properly and started showing up with cracks. When they deliver the furniture, they fill in all those cracks with wax which is of same colour that matches with the piece. Later on once the wax starts shrinking, you will realise what the hell you ended up with. The whole delivery process was terrible. I had to send back the main sofa set thrice because of their stupidity. Either they will bring a wrong product or of the wrong size. I bought these furnitures from their Kalyan Nagar outlet in Bangalore. Those sales guys in these outlets will behave so nicely, only till you make the payment. After that they don't even bother to attend our calls. Even when their own people do some stupidity. They will give all sorts of promises like post sales services with carpenters etc etc. It was a terrible and pathetic experience. The worst investment I have ever done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a chair almost 2 months back. Many times called up their customer care citing delay in delivery. Finally the chair arrived in a broken condition obviously due to poor quality stuff being used.
I had to return it. Now waiting for the refund.
It is a highly unreliable & unprofessional firm.

For the price, variety and quality of the wood and product it is very good compared to other furniture stores in Bangalore. My product arrived earlier than expected. Contrary to the comments and reviews posted here i had a great experience

We ordered for Honey finish dining table and they delivered darker one, just looks like walnut finish, when we asked for replacement earlier they told we will replace don’t worry mam, and now they are they telling its not possible because now honey finish is little darker. I told you keep money with you we will take something else because it’s not matching with our overall interior then also they are not ready to replace. Worst customer care. No one will even enquire once you pay money. We only have to call multiple times to check the status of product. Even delivery person doesn’t call once he reaches to driver the product. Don’t fall for them. Syed and Prakash both are in store and now they are telling we don’t know. You talk to our seniors. Which is highly unprofessional.
One star is also too much. I want to give 0 star if there is any option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish Google had an option for negative stars. This place is quite pathetic when it comes to customer service. I ordered a king size bed and it was delivered with some issues that had to be fixed (pics attached) I had asked them to fix it or take the product back. I must have written to them at least 15 times All that I get is a templated response. I really wish I had not chosen this place. I had reached out to their CEO too and he didn't respond either. Given that the leadership itself does not care about a customer complaint, how can you expect the team to be any better. Even after reading these reviews, if someone chooses to purchase from this store, well I hope god helps them because these guys will not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a sold wood chest of drawers - honey finish. First off, the quality of safety packing was poor. By the time it arrived at my place, the packing had broken in several places. I could have rejected the courier but frankly, I did not have confidence in recovering my money. The only sites I truly trust are amazon and Flipkart. Rest are basically leaps of faith.
So I took a leap of faith and accepted the courier. On opening, I found that the product was damaged. Being a handy man myself, I was confident I could repair the damage but hey, when I buy something new, I don't expect to repair it even before starting to use it. Anyway, moving on to the quality of the product - "pathetic" does not even begin to cover it.
1. The quality of workmanship is really bad. They've used nails instead of screws. Even carpenters in Indian villages use screws! Worse, the ends of the nails are all pocking out making this a dangerous product.
2. I did not have to be a carpenter to see that the alignments were really off. The product was distinctly skewed. Like it was put together in a hurry - there were visible gaps in the wood that should not have been there. Take a look at one of the photos I have added (displays the backside of the drawers), you can see the drawers are crocked.
3. Not a single drawer opened or closed easily. Force is required.
4. The polish was a hurried spray job. Before applying polish, the gaps should have been filled - this wasn't done.
I was totally disappointed. Workmanship at Saraf Furniture appear to be shoddy and quality of the product not worth the price paid. Please see the photos I have uploaded and ask yourself - is this quality acceptable to you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a platform bed, a 6 seater dining table and a sideboard from Insaraf, Kalyan Nagar outlet, over the period of 1 year. All products are excellent in quality and finishing. Packaging was sturdy and delivery was smooth. When any minor defects were found, they sent a senior carpenter to fix it immediately. While ordering, the delivery time is clearly stated, 6-8 weeks for large and 4 weeks for small items. All deliveries were completed within the stated time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super worried looking at the reviews and almost canceled my order for a dining table. But I gave them a chance and took a risk and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. They shipped it a week before estimated time. The dining table looks really nice and sturdy. The colour looks a bit darker than on the website but we like it.
I took one star off for slow customer care response on phone call and some very minor quality issues, like few rough corners. But it is definitely worth the price. Look at the pictures.
