I would say that it was a flawless job that they carried out, and went out their way to coordinate with other contractors that we had hired. Execution was on time and they ensured that the place was returned neat and clean to us. The quality of fixtures has been exceptional. We have been quite satisfied and would recommend spacewood to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed our project with Spacewood and I must say that the experience has been fantastic. They're not just your regular designers sitting out there with a catalogue. They're professional home consultants. From design to execution, everything was done flawlessly. Creative manager- Anjali and National Business Head- Mr Kumar Iyer, are the best in the business. Both of them display a nice blend of vast experience and fresh creativity. They guide you through the complete process with a lot of patience and genuineness.
So if you're looking to design your homes end to end, In a stipulated time frame and which fits within your budget, I'd recommend you to get in touch with Spacewood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer Service. They will not respond to our calls. Their installation is very poor!! Each week their staffs changes. This is not a stable organization. We paid the money and felt cheated. They do not have skilled labours and they are not bothered about the customers. Moreover they charge a huge amount. There are many other interior designers far better than this. We really regret choosing them!!!!
I saw your response. Can you pls enquire with your Banaswadi unit, Bangalore , what is going on there, everything is just a showoff. We have to compromise from the starting of our project. Because what displayed was not available. Still we fell for your marketing skills , that you will get better products that what is displayed. My wardrobes are not installed properly ,i am scared to open my slide on wardrobes, it may fall on anytime!! my study table is designed so badly that it will break at any time!! Finishing in my kitchen is so pathetic, a local carpenter can give better finishing than yours!! And for any complaints if call your staff, they will not respond or they will take their own convenient time to solve the issue!! That too if they could solve we would have been very happy!! Can you provide any customer care number? No!! We have to mail right!!!
Remember that we have paid our hard earned money to you!!

They are a friendly and professional team to work with - I could reach out to them time and again to review designs and changes. Their fit out is also top notch, they have delivered on time and per what was agreed. In addition they take responsibility to replace minor items that were damaged in transit. All the best to them ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacewood came highly recommended. When we visited the showroom, we came away highly impressed. Design process took sometime. Delivery of parts from their factory in Nagpur is not coordinated properly. There is no second in command who takes responsibility for the project.
The worst part is the functioning of the wardrobe. Installation of this sliding door wardrobe was done way back in August. Till date there are issues. Their maintenance people have visited us umpteen times. But something always seems to go wrong.
My advice to prospective customers would be to not buy sliding door wardrobe.. please buy regular wardrobes with opening doors. And I do sincerely hope that someday in the top echelons of the company reads this review.
Consequent to my review, the company responded well. The sliding doors were replaced with regular ones and are now problem free. Hope the company keeps up the good customer service and rectifies issues with the sliding doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacewood has helped us in the furniture of our new home. They went out of their way to customise things for us and we are very impressed with the way they plan and execute everything. The measurements we aptly taken and everything was manufactured in Nagpur and installed here at our place. No dusty work. A very neat job I would say. Also the staff have been very cooperative till now and respond immediately to any queries that you have. Highly recommend them for customised modular furniture.
