★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy any furniture here, they are big frauds cheating people, U will loose your hard earned money. we bought sofa sets with in one month it started with wood damage and powdering when complained went directly 5-6 times no action was taken, he is big fraud and the workers also convince people and badly cheat. I do know how these people cheating people pray God and survive without any guilty feeling that they are cheating common people whose money is hard earning. idiots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst experience with furniture purschases. I ordered my entire flats furniture from them hoping to get a good discount as they sounded genuine. I placed the order approximately 2 months prior to the date I needed the furniture. The sales person said, in that much time they will be able to dry the wood in sun again as two months was enough time to deliver their best quality furniture. At the day of delivery after two months not even a single item was delivered. We literally had to sleep on floor until after a week they delivered only the bed. There was a lot of back and forth with them to get the items. The centre table that we ordered was a four piece stool center table of which one stool had termite. We immediately gave it back to them to avoid any termite infestation in our rest of the furniture. They promised that the stool can be done in a week's time and delivered but it has been 10 months from the date of purchase and the stool hasn't been made till now. The funniest thing about the whole situation is that the sales person tries to explain me that I am the only customer whose order has been delayed so much for the first time, which is pretty hard to believe. Not just service wise but the quality of the wood, the polish, the paints is also very cheap within 6 months the center table started developing craks and the polish/paint started to fall off. O'teak has given me a life lesson, why one should never run behind budget furniture and there is a reason why brands like Royal Oak, Pepperfry, etc have made a name for themselves even when their products are a bit expensive. So, O'teak if you read this review then please note that I am still waiting for my center table stool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds. Pathetic workmanship and quality of product. Don't buy into the talks of the owner at the shop. They cheat you without any ethics. They promise 100% usage of teak wood on furniture, but mix cheap wood in certain parts of the furniture. Once they take the advance, they don't deliver the furniture for months, by giving lame excuses of rain, drying of wood and staff sickness. Moreover, they don't respond to phone calls or messages. Owner himself abscond.
