But the salesperson there was courteous enough to call up few other braches and let us know the model that they can customize for us. But since, ''seeing" is better than imagining, we came back. But they had quite a few choices of furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery of the products is always delayed even though the payment is sought upfront. When the product finally got delivered both the products were damaged. And had to be returned. This again delayed the process. When finally the damaged product was replaced, another part of the furniture got damaged. The assemblers are not diligent. One has to be very observant to avoid any mistakes.
In terms of variety , not much even in hot selling categories like office furniture.
And finally the 3 storey building does not have lifts. It's really painful to make to and fro to chose the furnitures. Overall a bad experience.
Brand is just built by marketing efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have furnitures on the third floor but no lift. Completely unfriendly to people with disability and to senior citizens. Sales persons will be around the entrance and will attend only upon request. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy from damro. They are selling faulty products. My coffee table is damaged one. I am complaining from 1week after buying but till now I am. Not getting any response from them. Every time I call they will talk as it is the first time I am calling. I even complained them by going to the store also.
