★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture here feels premium and durable , very good designs and but limited variety of fabric customization options. Totally satisfied with my purchase , the store manager was very professional and sweet.
Received very good after sales support and got many of my queries answered within minutes on text . Also received extra store discount!
Would totally suggest wooden street for premium wooden furniture as the pricing is very good compared to other brands.
P.s: I visited the Kalyan Nagar store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF WOODEN STREET! IGNORED ALLL CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND I'M FOOLED LIKE THE SO MANY OTHERS WHO’VE SHARED THEIR FEEDBACK. PLEASE THINK A MILLION TIMES BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING AT ALL FROM WOODEN STREET.
I had placed an order on Wooden Street for a three seat sofa on May 24th, 2021. Everything went well, because from the time you show interest you have a sales person assigned to you and then there is that buttering to ensure you purchase. Then, I got an email that Toufeeq Khan is account manager assigned for my order and I could reach out to him for any queries. Honestly, there is no way you can reach this Toufeeq because there is no phone number or email ID that comes along. So, you’re left helpless and the customer support keeps you waiting for long. On July 14th, 2021, they delivered the sofa. Then, we noticed there was slight defect in the sofa – the lining fabric below the sofa was seen and one of the legs looked crooked. Threads are hanging around, the finishing is pathetic and they claim to take 3 weeks in QC. I sent them an email on July 18th and have been following since then. When I call up customer support they either put me on hold or if they do answer they make false promises and disconnect the call. At times they disconnect my call abruptly while talking and then even if you call several times, the call doesn’t get answered. I’ve asked the customer support agents to connect me to a manger and they do not. I raise tickets on their site and no response till date. I called up customer support a week ago and they promised the issue will be resolved by October 9th and they will respond on the closure date through email, and none of that has happened.
Update after 3 weeks, still no resolution. I called the customer care and they promised to resolve it by end of October, and we are into November; no update whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! I purchased 4 bedside tables, 1 set of end table and 1 set of coffee table on 27/06/2021. Before placing the order online I visited the local wooden steet strong at HBR layout Bangalore and was told by the sales representative that minor changes like small design change and installation of drawer channel can be done. My 1st set of bedside tables were delivered on 15/07/2021 and noticed that the table were damage and the table leg bushes were 50% worn out. Therefore I refused to take the delivery of the product.
From my experience wooden street dose not manufacture new product on order. They are delivering their showroom display piece with damage and difect. I was also assigned a manager who will be coordinating with me for all my products but so far I have not received a single call or email for him. His contact details are not shared with me I case I need to contact him.
I request them to cancel my order and issue a refund but my request is denied
Wooden street dose not follow their own company policies but force the customer to follow their one sided policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is being written post 6months of using the sofa cum bed worth 45k which they call as Feltro.
We found 3 manufacturing issues with the sofa, 1) interior one wood was broken 2) the sides wooden jaali where you can keep magazine was not reachable if something drops in it 3) magnet of the bed used to come out and never used to stay at it's plac and was dangerous for kids and looked cheap.
We called them for all these issues and they were prompt to pickup the sofa and get us a repair. (One star for it)
Sofa was returned in 2 days (quite good)
Issue 1) was resolved and they removed instead of 1 strip 2 strips and it looked ugly.
Issue 3) have not been solved yet nor have they given us an update either on call, going to the store (Shiva) was the sales guy who was there. We even checked the sofa cum bed in their store and it was perfect. We bought ours only after seeing it on the store. Quite a bad experience, we have been following up from call, Instagram, customer care but it falls dead-end.
Selling expensive items and not providing services is the worst one can expect from them. Requesting folks to don't fall for the in-store display items, what they deliver is not like the one in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in the store hardly there were people to assist us. any ways i had already decided about the product via on line i had visited store to book order, staff were busy with there social media, they handed their lap top to me to enter the billing details as if they were not trained to enter billing details. And one more thing on and on they insisted and forcing me to give review infact they were pressurizing to give review as they think with reviews they can do business.. i seriously say not to visit this store dont know how about other stores. regarding delivery i never used to get any update periodically.. but delivered after waiting 40 days of order. and assembling part i personally had to give them update telling i received product when can i get it assembled.. after raising request after two days product got assembled where in few fitting were missing and some how carpenter managed to complete it with what he had. in that a piece was damaged and Sofa cum bed had no stopper as we pull out it comes out as another mini sofa without back rest not as a bed. another issue is with pillow storage box doesn't have a support when pulled out there is nothing to hold the door.. there are chances of damage person there it shows lack of Engineering.. As my experience being a civil contractor i suggest add few additions to the product like providing channel to pullout unit so that it doesnt detach just like that from the assembly and providing chain support to pillow storage section. I dont know they will rectify or not but this is my experience with The WOODEN STREET..
