★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered for a 3 seater + lounger type of wooden sofa. While taking the order, they promised that they would make it with solid teak wood and charged 74,000 for the same.
The sofa was delivered on time, used good fabric as said and the measurements were also perfect. But.... They did not use teak wood as promised. Instead they used some laminated wood.
Look wise the product is good but it would have been far better if teak wood was used.
Even though teak would wasn't used, they charged us for that.
So I don't recommend this shop.

The shopping experience was really great. Mubarak, the sales rep, was definitely good at his job. His ability to understand our needs and give us options to suit those needs is exceptional. His knowledge of the products coupled with a little humor here and there made the experience at the time of purchase really good. 5 stars for Mubarak.
The delivery experience wasn't the best. I have purchased furniture from Looking Good in the past and even then I've experienced the same delays. This is definitely an area that needs improvement. It's as simple as setting expectations with the customer and then living up to those expectations. In case there are any issues, the customer needs to be informed. The customer shouldn't have to call for updates. It is this issue that has reduced the overall rating.
The assembly of the furniture was quick and smooth. I'm quite happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought a cot and bed from looking good furniture…. It was good and got exactly the same design which I looking for…. Cot is good and bed also pretty much comfortable…. Staff working over here so polite specially Charulatha who helped us to got this product…. Installation also happened very next day of purchased…. looking good furnitures is best if you want good product in reasonable price…

Product review: This is a user review for a King-size bed bought from the store in Mar2021. The design durability and quality of the bed have not deterred after 8 months of usage. Support from looking good customer care is also good. Prompt response to queries. Please keep on doing. I got my delivery as promised and with neat packing. I would recommend buying from them.

He showed all the furnitures with lot of patience and explained about the material and answered all our queries. We visited twice. First time we just saw. He shared the pictures of the sofa we had selected to be shown to our family members. Second time also he showed us the furniture with same interest. He was quite patient. The delivery of the sofa was also done on the same day within two hours. This is the second sofa we purchased from looking good furniture. First was purchased about 10-12 years back. That time also our experience was good. Looking good furniture , maintain your quality, professionalism and good name.

Purchased customised computer table and they are ready to make according to customer needs.Store is in service road and parking for two wheeler only. There are variety of sofas available and dining tables too. Can check/enquire with store manager too who is really helpful for requirements. Store is well maintained and it has branch in commercial Street as well.
