The gas stove resulted in fire accidents couple of times and the company does not replace / refund for the defective product.
They don't care about the customer and seems to be interested only in trying out if the product will blow up with some fixes or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most items are available and very nice owner who remembers you, if you frequent the place. Been there for the exchange offers and got good discounts. I'm sure that's all prestige showroom discounts. Very helpful staff but unhygienic. At least for a home store you expect Clean and well kept staff. Clean and well maintained store though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ located on the main road and easy to find and access. The staff were really good and able to explain the details and help the customer with the demo. Anusha is one sales person in the showroom, she has explained all the products i have bought and given a demo of each feature available in the products, she is very humble and soft natured to answer again and again for the questions we have asked. The payment is also contact less and guided by Anusha which was a huge relief and benefit for the customers. I have taken 6 products from this showroom and i am satisfied with all of them - keep it up guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them up to find out if they would exchange old pans for new ones and if they have any offer going on. They did have the Ugadi offer - 33% off on exchange for some items and 48% off on exchange on the non stick set. But later when I compared the prices online I realized that the whole exchange discount is not that great. The prices after discount were only a little less than the prices online. So overall after all the exchange discount I managed to save about Rs.500 against Rs. 6000 worth of shopping when compared to online shopping. I'm happy though cause I managed to get rid of my old Teflon items, I got to see the items before buying them, and also the staff tested the induction cooktop to show us that it works. The staff there are nice and explain things with patience.

Customer service is on point - everyone from the Manager to the Delivery agent is cordial and helpful. Special mention must be made of Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Guddappa. They have proven to be very reliable and trustworthy - always ready to go the extra mile for the customer.

We went during a sale and picked up quite a few products at reasonable prices.
Staff are very helpful. In fact they kept the store open a little beyond their closing time to ensure we complete the transactions while the offer was going on.
