The process was clean. They were transparent on what is possible and what isn't. Shared expert opinions and helps us make the right decisions on on a few changes requested. Quality of workmanship was good. Quality of materials look good; would be clear as time goes.
There were some delays in delivery of our order. There was a major miss from their end on schedule. But once they realized, they were upfront about their miss, handled the situation very professionally, and recovered the experience very well by providing daily status updates from then on till delivery. That is a trait that few companies possess in this industry. So, rating them 5, despite their screw ups. Their intentions were right, though there was a slip in execution.
When there were challenges at site owing to a few planning misses from our team, they offered the right support through their engineers to set that right too.

In which they designed layout plan according to my wish and they manufactured the customized equipments according to our requirements and our R&D unit came out so well.
