β β β β β Dont ever think of opening an account in icici bank mahedevpura branch. they took 10000 from me. told me someone will come to take your biometrics and other documents. for 10days, no one came. finally i had to visit branch and put up a request to closed my request and refund my money. for over 10days again, no response from them. i havent got my money till yet, no matter where i write complaints and call to customer care. there is no hearing and no response. seems like i am not going to get my money back.

β β β β β This is located besides the ITPL main road and is next to HDFC bank mahadevapura. This is actually little away from the main road, check carefully when you are trying to locate it around. Kindly call the bank once if it exists anymore, as when I went here it was already late and not sure if it exists or not.

β β β β β The staff is absolutely useless. Neither do they care to reply, nor do they apologize for their incompetency. I applied for a credit card in January. Its May end and I still haven't received. How is this bank functioning is beyond me. From your bank manager to the credit card team, no one replies. I did at least 50 follow ups with at least 5 people. Couldn't have been more disappointed.

β β β β β If there is zero rating I will give Zero rating to icici bank ,Very bad service.
From my account , some amount has been debited but every one at icici bank office I don't know sir how it is debited.
They are just useless.
Once I come to Bangalore I will close my bank account in icici.
Useless people staying there .
For banking calls , they are charging money for handling calls what a method to earn.
