Buildhood infra tech private limited is a trust worthy construction company in Bangalore, we have a ongoing project, last year we started a construction of our home, now they are constructioning last floor, people here are very friendly, quick responses for the queries, they have arranged a what's app group in the they share the plans, pictures of the completion work, queries. I hope the company finishes the project on time.

Since I got my first house constructed from Buildhood and it was a turnkey project, I am eligible to give genuine feedback for the work done by them. Pros. 1. Construction Cost. - I got the lowest quotation from them among all other construction companies whom I have contacted. This was one of the primary reason for me to go with them for my house construction. 2. Material Used - They used same material as it was given in there plan. ( Diamond Plan ). No deviation in material used. 3. Payment Structure - Unlike other builders, who charge some % amount from time to time after starting project, Buildhood has staged payment structure. They will charge you once one stage is complete. That's the good thing, You don't have to pay until they complete the stage. 4. Construction Quality - All quality material used and construction quality is good. Apart from tiles work. 5. They are not rigid with the agreed design and plan and easily accommodate changes to design as per your requirement during construction phase. Cons. 1. Project timeline and delivery - It took them almost double amount of time to complete my project compare to what they committed at the time of agreement. Always got absurd reasons for delay in work. 2. They don't have any sort of control over the labor, One day laborers will come for work and they will take leave for next one week. 3. They have done very poor tile work. maximum wall tiles are hollow from back, If we drill anything on these walls tiles are cracking. No quality control in tile work. 4. What's the use of bringing quality material if mason who is going to work is not skilled enough to do job. There engineers cant stay at one site whole day to monitor the work, because of this less skilled masons have messed up tile work for our project. 5. Masons work as per there desire ,which sometimes is not up to the mark, I have to ask them to do rework on multiple occasions and that further delayed the project. 6**. Service post completion of project - This is the main thing which differentiate between a construction company and good construction company. They give 5 years of warranty but that's on paper only. If some thing is not done correctly, they have to come and fix it but they do not honor that. Since we moved in, there is a seepage on staircase walls, Living area walls. Terrace, utility area and all bathroom doors got bent and cant be latched or locked. This was inform to Builder on day one when we moved in. Its been 6 months now and they have not fixed it. Since then I am asking them when they are going to fix the issues, and they are saying next week it will be fixed and that next week is yet to come. One of the bathroom is leaking water since day one. instead of sending there plumber who didn't fixed it properly at first, they asked me to get it rectified from brand who manufactured it. 7. This is not a Con for Buildhood but just a suggestion to all prospects, Please do not get any additional work done by there plumber or electrician. Since they did all the plumbing and electric work, I though they know all things inside out for our project, it will be easy and quick for them to do additional works but they charge hefty amount and don't do quality work. There plumber charged me 8k for installing Solar water heater. which can be installed at nominal cost of 2k by any other plumber. There Electrician charged me 7k to fix 9 fans and some led lights and ceiling lights which can be done between 4-5 k by any electrician. A friendly suggestion for all who want to construct new house first time, I would recommend them to get the design and architecture done by good Architect and go with local Mason in that area for construction, They will do similar job to what these construction companies will do, in same or less cost and in far lesser amount of time. You can always monitor the and keep a track of work progress which any how you have to do if you are going with any construction company.
